GlassesUSA: My $246 Refund Nightmare & The Useless Bot That Trapped Me! 😤💸

My online shopping experience was an absolute nightmare, and I'm sharing it as a cautionary tale for everyone out there. GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They're holding $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. All I get from their customer service bot is "it is in transit," which is absolutely useless. I felt compelled to leave this review and finally engage with a human from customer service because this company is atrocious, and I'm desperate to get my money back. I used Zenni before and never had this problem, and I will definitely use them again. STAY AWAY from GlassesUSA!

Customer: My order #105081183, placed on February 24th, never arrived, and I haven't received my $246 refund! The tracking still says it's stuck in Atlanta. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused, sir/ma'am. I see your order status. Let me investigate this immediately for you. Customer: I've been told "it's in transit" by your bot for weeks! I need my refund processed now. This is unacceptable. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I am escalating this with our billing and shipping department right away to expedite your refund. You should receive a confirmation within 3-5 business days. Customer: So, another 3 to 5 days? I've been waiting since February! Can you assure me this will finally be resolved? CS Rep: I assure you I'm marking this as urgent. I will personally follow up to ensure the refund is processed as quickly as possible.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
