Let me share my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a warning. I ordered safety glasses online, but what I received was completely wrong. My direct feeling and conclusion about this experience is that they sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails, and I still couldn’t get in touch with anyone. The sheer frustration of not being able to reach a human and the physical discomfort from their error compelled me to leave this review and finally try to engage with customer service again.
Customer: Hello, I need help with an order. I received safety glasses with the wrong prescription, and they're causing me dizziness and nausea. This is completely unacceptable. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear that, ma'am. That sounds incredibly frustrating and uncomfortable. Can you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you? Customer: It's #123456789. I've been trying for days to get this fixed through chat and email, but I haven't been able to talk to a person until now. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I truly apologize for the difficulty you've experienced reaching us. I see your order here. We absolutely need to get this corrected for you immediately. Customer: So, what can you actually do? I can't even wear these glasses, and frankly, I'm quite upset about this whole process and the lack of communication. CS Rep: I completely understand your feelings, and again, I apologize. We will immediately arrange for a return and re-order the correct prescription for you at no additional cost. I can also offer expedited shipping on the replacement order. Would you like me to email you a return label right now?
