This is a cautionary tale about my terrible online shopping experience, hoping to spare you the same frustration. I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because frankly, I felt scammed. "Shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get In touch with someone in India. They are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They can careless. why? Because theres no one eles to talk too in order to file a complaint. I will never do business with GlassesUSA again. It’s feel like your being scammed. That feeling of no way to get help." This is exactly how I felt.

Customer: I'm calling about order #12345. My glasses are completely wrong, and I've tried reaching someone for days. Your automated system is useless, and when I finally got through, the person was incredibly rude and just hung up on me. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you've experienced and for the frustrating interaction. That is not the service standard we aim for. I understand you have an issue with your recent order. Could you please explain what is wrong with the glasses? Customer: The prescription is completely off! I can't see anything clearly. And the problem isn't just the glasses, it's the impossible customer service. It feels like you just want to take my money and offer no support when there's a problem. I feel like I'm being scammed. CS Rep: I truly regret that you feel this way. I assure you that's not our intention. Let's focus on getting your vision corrected. I can immediately initiate a return for your incorrect glasses and arrange for a new pair to be made with your correct prescription. I'll personally ensure this process is escalated.
