GlassesUSA: A 2.5-Hour Website Nightmare & Prescription Frustration! 😤

My recent online shopping experience was absolutely terrible, and I feel compelled to share my story as a cautionary tale for anyone considering ordering from GlassesUSA. The website was so messed up it took me 2-1/2 hours to purchase two pairs of glasses. I was not able to type in my prescription and save it to continue my purchase. So, I will have to be sent an email so I can type in the information that I already typed in on your silly website. The entire process was so very frustrating and certainly a waste of my time, which is why I felt the need to contact customer service and later, leave this review.

Customer: Hello? I just spent two and a half hours trying to order glasses, and your website kept messing up. I couldn't even enter my prescription! CS Rep: I'm so sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience. That sounds incredibly annoying. Can you tell me more about what happened when you tried to enter your prescription? Customer: It just wouldn't save! I typed it in multiple times, and it kept vanishing. Now I'm told I have to wait for an email to input it, which just doubles the work I already did. This is a complete waste of my time. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. It's certainly not the experience we want for our customers. I can send you a direct link via email to re-enter your prescription, or if you prefer, I can take the details from you over the phone right now to ensure it's saved correctly. Customer: I guess taking it over the phone is better than waiting for another email. This whole process has been incredibly disappointing.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
