Online Shopping Nightmare: Dishonest Promos & Glitchy Site 😤

My recent online shopping experience was absolutely terrible, and I'm sharing it as a warning to others. What happened was, this company was "Dishonest, doesn't honor promos. Makes it impossible to collect offer when the site is full of glitches. No customer Service 24 hours, no agent. Unprofessional." This level of frustration pushed me to leave a review and directly engage with their customer service team to try and resolve the mess they created.

Customer: I'm calling because I'm completely frustrated with my recent purchase! Your website was full of glitches, and you're not honoring the promotion I was promised. It's truly dishonest! CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about your experience, and I apologize for the difficulty with our promotion and website. Could you please provide your order number so I can investigate this for you? Customer: It's [Order Number]. When I finally managed to speak to someone, they told me I had to return my perfectly good glasses and then RETURN AND REORDER just to get the BOGO offer you messed up! Why can't you just credit back my card? That's the simple solution! CS Rep: I understand your frustration with that process, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our system's policy for correcting promotional errors, particularly BOGO offers, typically necessitates a return and reorder to properly apply the discount. Direct partial refunds for these specific scenarios are not a standard option for us. Customer: That's just unacceptable. It's your error, not mine, and you're making it incredibly difficult to fix. I do NOT want to return and reorder. This is why you have no agents and no proper customer service! CS Rep: I genuinely regret that this process is so problematic for you, and I understand your concerns about the time and effort involved. While the return and reorder is our standard procedure, I can escalate this specific issue to a supervisor for a review of possible alternative solutions, though I cannot guarantee a different outcome.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
