Express Shipping Nightmare: 19 Days and No Glasses! π€
I'm sharing this to warn everyone about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience. I desperately needed new glasses after my old ones broke, so on March 30th, I ordered a pair from GlassesUSA and paid extra for 3-5 day express shipping. Day 5 came, still in production. Day 10, still in production. Now itβs day 19 or whatever, and I still have no glasses! Itβs clear this company doesn't give a crap about its customers. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with their customer service because this level of incompetence is unacceptable, and I hope to prevent others from facing the same frustration.
Customer: Hi, I placed an order on March 30th for glasses and paid for 3-5 day express shipping. It's now Day 11, and they are still in production. I'm calling to ask for a refund for the express shipping I paid for. This is completely unacceptable.
CS Rep: I understand your concern about the delay in your order, and I apologize for the inconvenience. Let me check that for you. Yes, I can process a refund for the express shipping fee right away. That should reflect on your account within 3-5 business days.
Customer: Okay, thank you for that. But what about the glasses themselves? I paid for express shipping because my old ones broke, and I desperately need them. The last update said they were still 6 days out. Are they really not going to arrive until Day 17 or 19?

Our current internal tracking indicates they are indeed still in production, with an estimated dispatch within the next few business days, leading to an estimated delivery within the timeframe you mentioned. We are working to get them out as quickly as possible.
Customer: So, despite paying for express, I'm waiting almost three weeks for glasses I needed immediately. This company is terrible. I really hope they arrive soon.
