I paid an extra $48 for the premium Super Hydrophobic coating, expecting clear, easy-to-clean lenses, but these are nearly impossible to clean. My nine pairs of Zenni glasses don't have this issue at all. My inability to render the glasses smudge-less is clearly not a user issue, as I've worn glasses for 60 years. When I tried to resolve this obvious defect, I was only offered a 50% store credit, despite a 365-day warranty, and was told I couldn't speak to a live agent by phone. This frustration compelled me to leave this review and try to engage with customer service.
