This company sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, which immediately started causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been impossible to get a hold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. I've tried multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails, and still can’t get in touch with anyone. I truly hoped I could resolve this directly, but after countless failed attempts to reach a human, I felt I had no choice but to try one last time and then voice my frustration publicly.

Customer: "Hello, I desperately need help. I received my order, but the prescription on these safety glasses is completely wrong.
