Wrong Prescription & Zero Support: My Online Eyewear Horror Story! 😡

My online shopping experience was absolutely terrible, and I'm sharing it as a warning to others. I was sent the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing me dizziness and nausea. What's even more frustrating is that it's been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. After multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails, I still couldn’t get in touch with anyone. This is why I felt compelled to leave a review and try to engage with customer service one last time.

Customer: This is absolutely infuriating. I ordered safety glasses, and you sent me the wrong prescription! It's causing me dizziness and nausea, and to make matters worse, it's been impossible to get ahold of a live person to help resolve this. I've tried multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about your experience, and I completely understand your frustration. Receiving the wrong prescription is unacceptable, and the difficulty reaching us is equally concerning. Could you please provide your order number so I can immediately look into this for you? Customer: My order number is [Order Number]. I need this fixed, and frankly, I'm losing trust. I "recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars" because of this level of service. CS Rep: Thank you for providing that. I have located your order. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the incorrect prescription and the severe inconvenience it has caused. I am initiating a priority remake of your safety glasses with the correct prescription immediately. We will also arrange for a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the incorrect pair at no cost. Customer: So, how long will this remake take, and how can I be sure the prescription is correct this time? And who do I contact if I still can't reach anyone? CS Rep: The remake typically takes 5-7 business days, and we will have a senior optical specialist double-check the prescription details before shipping. I will personally monitor this order for you and will provide you with my direct email address for any follow-up questions regarding this specific issue.
