My recent online shopping experience has been a truly terrible and frustrating ordeal, which I feel compelled to share as a cautionary tale for others. GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They essentially have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia, and I can't get a human response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it's "in transit" from a BOT. I needed to leave this review and engage with customer service because I want my money back and felt completely ignored by their automated systems and the blatant dishonesty.
Customer: I'm calling about order #105081183. It's been weeks, I haven't received my glasses, and you still haven't sent my refund. I'm incredibly frustrated.
