Let me share a truly terrible online shopping experience that I hope serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering GlassesUSA. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with their customer service because GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia, for months, and I can't get a proper response for a refund. It feels like I'm only getting automated responses, and all I want is my money back.

Customer: Hello, I'm calling about order number 105081183. It's been months, and I still haven't received my glasses, nor have I gotten my refund. The tracking hasn't updated since February. CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the trouble with your order, and I understand your frustration. Let me pull up your order details for #105081183. Customer: Yes, please. I just want to know where my $246 is. I've been told it's "in transit" by what sounds like a bot, but it's clearly lost, and I'm out of pocket. CS Rep: I see here that the tracking indicates a significant delay. I truly apologize for the lack of resolution so far and the automated responses you've received. We absolutely acknowledge that you haven't received your order. Customer: So, what are you going to do about it? I've waited long enough for the glasses, and now for the refund. I need my money back. CS Rep: I completely understand. Given the extensive delay and the status, I am initiating a full refund for the $246.00 to your original payment method immediately.
