My 19-Day Glasses Nightmare: A Warning to All Online Shoppers! π€
Let me share my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a warning to anyone considering purchasing from this website. I placed an order on March 30th, urgently needing new glasses because my old pair had broken. I even paid extra for 3-5 day express shipping, expecting them quickly. But day 5 rolled around, and they were still "in production." Day 10, still nothing. By Day 11, I was so fed up I called customer service to at least get a refund on the shipping. They refunded the $10, but the glasses were still 6 days out from delivery at that point. As of Day 19, I still have no glasses! I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with their customer service because this whole experience has been absolutely terrible, terrible, terrible. This company doesn't seem to care about its customers at all.
Customer: I'm calling about order [Order Number]. I placed it on March 30th and paid for express shipping, expecting it in 3-5 days because my old glasses broke. Every update just says "in production," then "6 days out," and it keeps getting pushed back. I'm without vision because of this. CS Rep: You are absolutely right, and I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and the extensive delay. It sounds like there was an unforeseen issue in the production or quality check phase that has unfortunately impacted your order. I am escalating this to our production team right now to get an exact update and push for immediate dispatch. Would you be open to a credit for your next purchase as well, once we confirm dispatch?
