The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia, and I can't get a proper response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I felt I had to engage their customer service to demand my money back, because this whole situation feels like a complete scam.

I've tried getting a refund, but all I get are automated messages. I want my money back! I've been waiting for ages. CS Rep: I hear your concern about the refund. Given the unusual delay, I can process a refund request for you now. I see the system still indicates it as in transit, but we'll override that for you. Customer: So, I finally get a refund, but how long will that take? This company has been atrocious, and I had to file complaints everywhere just to get this far. CS Rep: Once approved, the refund typically processes within 7-10 business days. I've marked it as urgent to ensure it's handled as quickly as possible on our end.
