GlassesUSA still hasn't sent my refund for an order I never received, and they have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from an order placed back on February 24th! The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, and all I get are bot responses telling me it's "in transit." I felt completely scammed and utterly frustrated, which is why I was desperate to talk to someone and finally decided I had to leave this review.
