Let me share a truly terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a warning to others. My recent order was a complete nightmare. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I sent a dozen emails and received ZERO response. It's utterly unacceptable. The frustration became so overwhelming that I felt compelled to leave a review and eventually engage with customer service, simply because all I asked was that Eyebuy Direct answer my email. How can a company take 11 days to process an order? A USPS label was printed on April 6th, but it wasn't delivered to USPS until April 11th. This kind of delay and complete silence is simply unreasonable. I genuinely wish I had used someone else. My review of the final product is TBD.
