I want to share my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering GlassesUSA. My direct feeling and conclusion about this is that GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. $246.00 they have of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I want my money back! Whatever happened to customer service? I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this whole situation felt like I was being scammed, with no way to get help or my money back.

The tracking shows it stuck, and I just want my refund for the $246. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I see the order is still marked as 'in transit.' I sincerely apologize for the significant delay and the inconvenience this has caused you. Customer: In transit? It's been over two months! I've been told by a bot it's 'in transit' repeatedly. I want my money back; I've even had to file complaints with the BBB because I can't get a straight answer. CS Rep: I completely understand your concern and the extraordinary steps you've had to take. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Let me personally escalate this refund request for you right now to our billing department for immediate processing. Customer: So, how long will that take? Because I was already told I'd get a refund and then had to wait 7-10 business days. I'm just tired of waiting and not getting what I paid for. CS Rep: I hear you, and I am truly sorry for that past experience. I'm placing a high-priority flag on this refund, and you should receive confirmation within 24-48 hours. I will also personally follow up to ensure it's processed quickly.
