This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery," yet my order took almost a week to arrive! I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because their automated systems, from toll-free lines to chat bots, offer no human intervention or real help for issues like this.

Customer: "Hello, I need to speak to someone about order [Order Number]. I paid for next-day delivery on February 18th, but my glasses only arrived on February 24th. This is not 'next day' at all, and I want a refund for the $19.95 delivery fee." CS Rep: "I understand your frustration with the delivery timeframe. Let me pull up your order details. Yes, I see the next-day delivery fee applied. Our records indicate the label was created on February 20th." Customer: "That's not next-day delivery! Your site said 'eligible for next day delivery' and I paid for it. 'Label created' is not the same as 'delivered.' I need that fee refunded because the service I paid for was clearly not provided."
