I've ordered twice before without issue, so I never understood the negative reviews. But then I ordered a third time, saw “eligible for next day delivery,” paid the $19.95 fee, only to receive an email hours later stating “my order is in process and will take 3 business days.” This company is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers, a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage their "customer service" to demand a refund for the service they clearly failed to deliver.

Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, and my order email now says it will take 3 business days. This is completely unacceptable, and I demand a refund for that delivery fee! CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the miscommunication regarding your delivery. Let me check your order details for you. Customer: There’s no miscommunication; your site clearly stated “next day,” and you’re not providing it. I don’t want it checked; I want my $19.95 delivery fee refunded now. CS Rep: I’ve reviewed your order. While delivery speeds are estimates, I can see the discrepancy. I will submit a request to our billing department for a review of your $19.95 delivery charge. It typically takes 3-5 business days to process. Customer: Submit? No, you’re not providing a service I paid for—refund my money! This entire automated process, from the bots to this 'submission' policy, is why I'm so frustrated. I shouldn't have to fight for what's rightfully mine.
