GlassesUSA: A Cautionary Tale of Frustration & Feeling Scammed 😡

My terrible online shopping experience is a cautionary tale for anyone considering GlassesUSA. If you have any issues with your glasses, this company is terrible to purchase from. They will gladly take your money, but when it's time for them to fix the issue, it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated, and when you finally get in touch with someone, they are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They seem to care less, leaving you feeling scammed with no way to get help. I felt compelled to share this experience and engage customer service, hoping for a resolution to my problem.

Customer: I am absolutely frustrated. I've been trying to get help with my recent glasses order, but every time I call, I either can't get through to a real person, or the agent is incredibly unhelpful and rude. I feel completely scammed. CS Rep: I apologize that you've had such a frustrating experience, and I understand why you feel that way. I'm here to help. Can you please provide me with your order number so I can look into this for you? Customer: My order number is #105180754. I just want my issue resolved without being hung up on or getting nowhere. I need a solution, not just another automated response. CS Rep: Thank you for providing your order number. I'm truly sorry for the difficulty you've faced in reaching a resolution and the negative interaction with our previous agents. Please allow me a moment to review your order details and see how we can best address your concerns. I assure you I'm listening. Customer: Well, what are you going to do? I've spent enough time on this already.
