I'm here to share a terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for others. I ordered glasses on March 30th, desperately needing them because my old pair broke, so I paid extra for 3-5 day express shipping. But here I am, on day 19, and still no glasses! The company is simply terrible. Day 5 rolled around, still in production. Day 10, still in production. I called on Day 11 to ask for a shipping refund, and the way the representative responded made it seem like they do this all the time. I got my $10 shipping refund, but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. Itβs absolutely infuriating. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with their customer service because their lack of care for customers is just unacceptable, and I want to warn all my 'four-eyed' friends never to shop here.
