Let me tell you about my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a warning. I spent $372 on what turned out to be SCRATCHED glasses from an online retailer. You can imagine my frustration. I immediately tried to start a return/exchange, but it's been an absolute nightmare. I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because, for two days, I'd been trying to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix this issue, with absolutely no luck. The "bot" just continues to send the return label to my email, an email I never received! It’s ineptitude at its finest, and frankly, I'm at my wit's end. My lawyers will have a field day with this if it does not get resolved. No more business from me.

Customer: I finally got through to a human! I’m incredibly frustrated. I ordered glasses from you, spent $372, and they arrived scratched. I’ve been trying to initiate a return or exchange for two days, and your automated system keeps sending the return label to an email I haven't received.
