I’ve tried multiple pairs of their glasses now and they all fit like they’re made for children. I just want a modern return policy where I can send them back and get a refund, especially since I received them less than a week ago. This is clearly just more cheap, overseas, mass-produced junk, and I felt I had no choice but to engage with customer service to try and resolve this nightmare.
