I chose Eyebuydirect for my glasses, but it's been the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I've sent a dozen emails and received ZERO response. It's completely unacceptable that my order took 11 days to process, with the USPS label printed on April 6th but not even handed over until April 11th. All I wanted was a simple answer to my emails about the delay. This whole ordeal left me with no choice but to reach out and leave this review and try to speak to customer service.
Customer: Hello, I'm calling about my order. I've sent multiple emails regarding the processing delay, but I haven't received any response at all. CS Rep: I apologize for the lack of response, sir/ma'am. Can I please get your order number so I can look into this for you? Customer: It's [Your Order Number]. The label was printed on April 6th, but it wasn't delivered to USPS until April 11th. Eleven days to process is simply unreasonable, and the silence from your team has been infuriating. CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the processing time and the delay in shipping your order to USPS. I see here that there was an unexpected backlog in the fulfillment center around that date. We are working to improve our communication. Customer: So, what exactly are you going to do about it? I just want to know where my glasses are and why no one bothered to reply to any of my emails. This is incredibly poor service.
