Let me share a terrible online shopping experience I just had, hoping my cautionary tale can save you from the same frustration. I was completely ripped off by an automated business that clearly cares nothing about its customers, a fraud really, charging for services they do NOT provide. I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery," but my order took days to even ship, let alone arrive. This blatant misrepresentation and the complete lack of human customer service forced me to try every avenue imaginable to get a refund for the shipping fee, including navigating an endless automated phone system and a useless chat bot. I felt compelled to leave this review and share my fight for basic service.

Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, and my order certainly isn't arriving tomorrow. It says it will take three business days! Where is my next-day delivery? CS Rep: I understand your concern about the shipping timeframe. Let me look up your order for you. Customer: I want a refund for the $19.95 I paid for "next-day delivery." It's clearly not next-day, and I've tried reaching someone for days through your automated systems without success. CS Rep: I apologize for the inconvenience and the difficulty you experienced reaching us. I'm submitting a request to our billing department regarding your shipping fee refund. Please allow a few business days for them to review it. Customer: A few business days? I paid for "next day" and now I have to wait for a refund review? You are not providing the service I paid for. I need that refund processed now. CS Rep: I understand your urgency. The billing department handles all refunds, and I've escalated your request to ensure it's addressed as quickly as possible.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
