My terrible online shopping experience with this company serves as a cautionary tale. I am utterly disappointed because they were dishonest, didn't honor promos, and made it impossible to collect the offer when their site was full of glitches. There was no customer service available 24 hours, no live agent, making the whole process unprofessional. I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because their proposed "solution"—to return them (even though their correct style and prescription) to return and reorder to get the BOGO they messed up and admitted—was simply unacceptable.

Customer: I am extremely frustrated. I tried to use your BOGO promotion, but your website kept glitching, and I couldn't apply it. Now you're telling me I have to return my perfectly good glasses and reorder them just to get the deal? CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the technical difficulties you experienced with our website and the frustration this has caused. I understand that returning and reordering feels like an unnecessary hassle, especially when the prescription and style are correct. Customer: It's more than a hassle; it's completely unfair. Why can't you just credit the difference to my card? This "return and reorder" policy for your mistake is ridiculous. I already wasted so much time.
