Let me share a truly terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering GlassesUSA. This company is awful to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money, but when it's time for them to fix an issue, it seems impossible. The business feels pretty much fully automated. When you finally get in touch with someone, often in India, they are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They truly couldn't care less, because there's no one else to talk to in order to file a complaint. I will never do business with GlassesUSA again. It genuinely feels like you're being scammed, with no way to get help. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because I desperately needed a resolution for my defective glasses and the complete lack of support.

Customer: "I'm calling about order [Order Number] and I'm incredibly frustrated. My glasses are completely wrong, and trying to get help is impossible. It feels like you're just taking my money and abandoning me." CS Rep: "I understand your frustration, sir/madam. I apologize for the difficulty you've experienced and the issue with your order. Can you please explain what is wrong with the glasses?" Customer: "The prescription feels off. But more than that, the service trying to fix this has been abysmal. I've been hung up on; it's impossible to get someone who actually cares to help." CS Rep: "I'm truly sorry to hear that. That's not our standard. I assure you I'm here to help. Let's verify your prescription. If it's incorrect, we can arrange a replacement for you." Customer: "A replacement is what I need, but I'm worried about this process again. It shouldn't be this hard. I just want what I paid for and some reassurance." CS Rep: "I understand. We will guide you through the return and re-order process to ensure it's smooth. I can also offer expedited shipping for your replacement as a goodwill gesture. Shall we proceed with checking the prescription and initiating the exchange?"
