Please, for your own sake, learn from my terrible online shopping experience. I spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses and tried to start a return/exchange, but never received the return label, and the "bot" just kept sending it to an email I never received! After trying for two days just to TALK TO A HUMAN, they finally sent me something, but it was the wrong information for the return. This whole situation made me feel utterly frustrated and ripped off, compelling me to reach out to their customer service, desperate for a resolution.

Customer: I am absolutely furious. I spent $372 on glasses that arrived scratched, and now I can't even get a proper return label. Your bot is useless, and when I finally spoke to someone, they sent me the wrong return information! CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the issues you've faced with your recent order and the difficulty reaching a human. That is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Can I please get your order number so I can look into this immediately? Customer: My order number is 123456789. I've been trying to resolve this for two days. I just want to return these scratched glasses and get my money back. This is unacceptable. CS Rep: Thank you for providing that. I see the record of the incorrect return label being sent. I am truly sorry for that error and the frustration it has caused. I am generating a new, correct return label right now and will send it to your email address associated with the account, which is [customer email], for confirmation. We will also process a full refund as soon as the item is received. Customer: So I just have to hope this new label actually works, and that it's the right one this time? And then wait even longer for a refund? This whole process has been a nightmare.
