Let me tell you about my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale. I recently spent $372 on glasses, only to receive them scratched. What followed was a nightmare of trying to fix the issue. I've been trying for two days to talk to a human, but there’s been no luck. I tried to start a return/exchange, but I never received the return label, and the 'bot' just keeps sending it to an email I never received! This situation compelled me to leave this review and finally reach customer service, as I will NOT be buying from them again.

Customer: I need help with an order. My glasses arrived scratched and I've been trying for two days to reach someone. My order number is XXXX. CS Rep: I'm so sorry to hear about your scratched glasses and the difficulty you've had reaching us. That's not the experience we want. Can you please confirm the email address associated with your account? Customer: It's [my email]. I tried to process a return online, but your system keeps sending a return label to that email, and I've never received it. I spent $372 on these! CS Rep: I understand your frustration. There seems to be an issue with the automated return label process. I will manually generate a new return label for you now. Would you prefer it sent to a different email or directly here in the chat? Customer: Just send it to my email again, but please make sure it actually comes through this time. And what about replacements? CS Rep: I will send the label to your registered email immediately and verify its delivery. Once we receive your returned glasses, we can absolutely process a new order for you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
