I ordered glasses, paid for a $19.95 "next day delivery" fee, only to later get an email saying my order would take 3 business days. Where is the next day delivery I paid for? This blatant deception and the impossible task of reaching a human made me feel absolutely compelled to leave this review and finally get through to customer service.
