What followed was an infuriating attempt to get things fixed. I spent two days trying to talk to a human to resolve this issue, but had absolutely no luck. The automated bot just kept sending a return label to an email that never received it, and even when I did manage to talk to someone, they sent the wrong information for the return! This ineptitude is truly at its finest. This whole ordeal made me realize I need to leave a review and engage with customer service, even if it feels futile, to highlight this unacceptable situation.
