My terrible online shopping experience compels me to share this cautionary tale. I recently tried to place a contacts refill order for my son, and what began as a simple process turned into a frustrating ordeal. At first, the ordering process went well. However, after they charged my credit card, they then said they couldn't fill the order I had just paid for because they needed to verify his prescription. I don't mind verifying the prescription at all, but this should be done BEFORE charging customers for the order, not after. I needed to get the copy of the prescription from my son, who wasn't home at the time, so I cancelled the order, but my credit card was still charged and has not been reimbursed yet. This misleading and frustrating process is why I felt compelled to reach out to their customer service, hoping to resolve this issue.

I just want to be sure, because being charged first and then told you can't fill an order, then having to chase down a refund, is not how this should work.
