The next-day delivery option applies to the shipping method once the production is complete. Customer: That's not what "next day delivery" means on your site. It implies the entire process is expedited. This is misleading, and I paid for a service I'm clearly not receiving. I need that fee refunded. CS Rep: I apologize if the information wasn't clear. I can submit a request to our billing department to review the eligibility for a refund of the express shipping fee. They will investigate and get back to you within 2-3 business days.
