19 Days, No Glasses, & A Shipping Refund That Didn't Fix It! 😡 My Online Shopping Disaster!

My online shopping experience was absolutely terrible, and I want to warn everyone! My old glasses broke, so I urgently ordered a new pair on March 30th, paying for express 3-5 day shipping. What a nightmare! Day 5, still in production. Day 10, still no progress. On Day 11, I called, asking for a shipping refund, which I got, but they were STILL 6 days out on delivery. It’s now Day 19, and I still have no glasses! This company is terrible; it’s clear they don’t care about customers. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage customer service to prevent others from making the same mistake.
