Let me tell you, my recent online shopping experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I'm sharing this as a cautionary tale for anyone considering using these services. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid $19.95 for “next day delivery,” but hours later, I received an email stating my order would take “3 business days” to process. Where was the next day delivery I paid for? I felt compelled to engage with customer service to demand what I paid for and prevent others from being scammed like I was, but trying to reach a human was an endless, frustrating battle with bots.
Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, and my order is clearly not arriving tomorrow. Your site explicitly stated "eligible for next day delivery," but then an email says it'll take three business days. This is unacceptable. CS Rep: I understand your frustration completely, and I sincerely apologize for this discrepancy. Let me access your order details immediately to investigate. Customer: This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. I spent ages trying to reach a human, only to be met with automated systems. I need that $19.95 delivery fee refunded since you're not providing the service. CS Rep: I am truly sorry for the difficulty you experienced trying to connect with us. You are absolutely right; if the next-day service was not fulfilled, you should not be charged. I can process a full refund for that delivery fee right now.
