My online shopping experience was a complete disaster, a cautionary tale for anyone considering buying glasses online. I spent $372 on a pair of glasses that arrived scratched, and what followed was a nightmare trying to get it resolved. I had been trying for two days just to talk to a human to fix this issue, but I had no luck, and the 'bot' just continued to send the return label to an email I never received! Even after finally talking to a human, they sent the wrong information for the return. This level of ineptitude meant I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service to demand some answers.

Customer: I received scratched glasses, and I've been trying for two days to get a return label that hasn't arrived. Your automated system is useless, and I need this fixed immediately. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the frustration and the condition of your glasses. I see you've had trouble reaching us and with the return label. Let me immediately send a new return label to the correct email address you provide, and we'll arrange for a prompt exchange. Customer: But you already sent the wrong information once, even after I finally spoke to someone. How can I trust this will be correct this time? I'm out $372 and have no usable glasses. CS Rep: I understand your concern, and I assure you I'm verifying all details now. I will personally confirm the correct return instructions and send them to you, and we will expedite the replacement order once your return is initiated. Customer: Fine. Just send the correct label and make sure the new pair isn't scratched. This has been an awful experience.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of poor product quality and nonexistent customer support.
