Let me share a truly terrible online shopping experience I had, purely as a warning. I'm telling you, STAY AWAY from companies that don't care about their customers. I ordered glasses from them on March 30th, desperately needing them because my old ones broke. I paid extra for express shipping, expecting them in 3-5 days. But day 5 came, and they were still "in production." Day 10, still "in production"! It's day 19 now, and I still have no glasses! This is a terrible company. I felt compelled to leave this review and demand answers from their customer service because someone doesn't give a crap about their customers.

Customer: I paid for express shipping on March 30th, and it's now nearly 20 days later. My old glasses are broken, and I still haven't received my order. What is going on? CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Let me check your order details for you. I see your order is still listed as "in production." I sincerely apologize for this significant delay and the inconvenience caused, especially since you paid for express shipping. Customer: Inconvenience is an understatement! I paid for 3-5 day delivery because I needed these glasses. Day 5 passed, then Day 10, and now it's Day 19. This is unacceptable. When can I actually expect my glasses to be delivered? CS Rep: You are absolutely right to be upset. This is not the service we aim to provide. While I can't give you an exact delivery date right now, I can escalate this immediately to our production team for an urgent update and ensure it is prioritized. I will personally follow up with you within 24 hours with a more precise timeline. Customer: So I just have to keep waiting? This entire process has been incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of my money for "express" shipping.
