Pupil Distance Disaster: My Terrible Glassesusa Experience & Warning! 🚨

Let me share my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a warning for others. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because of the utter frustration I encountered. My child's new glasses arrived, and he immediately had trouble seeing with them. We went back to the doctor, who informed us the pupil distance (PD) was incorrect. My direct feeling and conclusion is that the glassesusa site doesn’t prompt you to provide the PD number, and if you don’t know to provide it, they will just assume a value of 62 (adult) or another value for kids. Of course, that means the value will be wrong for many buyers.

Customer: "Hello, I'm calling about an order I placed for my 12-year-old son. The glasses arrived, but he's having trouble seeing with them. We found out the pupil distance is completely wrong."
