I've never received the return label, and the 'bot' just keeps sending it to an email I never get! I've been trying for two days just to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix this issue, with absolutely no luck. This whole situation is why I finally had to call customer service, desperate for a real person to help me resolve this mess.

Customer: My order arrived with scratched lenses, and I've been trying for two days to get a return label sent to me, but nothing arrives. Your automated system is useless, and I can't get a human on the phone! Let me quickly pull up your order details to help with that return label. Customer: This is incredibly frustrating. I need this resolved. I show [customer's email address] on file. I've just resent the return label to that address and will also send a text message with a direct link. But after this, I’m seriously questioning ever ordering from you again. This shouldn’t be this hard for a $372 purchase.
