My Next-Day Delivery Nightmare: A Rip-Off & Refund Battle! 😤💸
My terrible online shopping experience is a cautionary tale for anyone considering this website. I've ordered from them before without issues, but this time was different. I paid an extra $19.95 for 'next day delivery,' only to receive an email hours later saying my order would take 3 business days. This company is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers, a fraud ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because they clearly failed to deliver on their promise and then made it impossible to get a simple refund.
Customer: Hello, I paid for next-day delivery on my order, but it's clearly not going to be next-day. I received an email stating it would take 3 business days. I need that $19.95 delivery fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the delivery timeline. I apologize for the discrepancy between what was advertised and the actual shipping estimate. Could you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you? Customer: Yes, it's [Order Number]. This is unacceptable. Your site clearly said 'next day delivery,' and I chose to pay extra specifically for that. Now you're telling me it will take days. I feel ripped off. CS Rep: Thank you for the order number. I see the 'Next Day Delivery' charge here. It appears there might have been a system error or an unexpected processing delay that prevented it from shipping as a true next-day order. I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience and the incorrect expectation set. Customer: So, what are you going to do about it? I paid for a service I didn't get. I want my money back for that shipping fee. CS Rep: I completely understand. Given that the 'next day' service was not fulfilled as promised, I can certainly process a full refund for the $19.95 delivery fee back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for it to reflect on your statement.
