We went back to the doctor, and he informed us that the pupil distance (PD) was incorrect. The glassesusa site does not prompt you to provide the PD number, and if you don’t know to provide it, they will just assume a value, which in our case was wrong. This frustrating error led to an ordeal of trying to fix it. I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because it felt impossible to reach a human at GlassesUSA, and email interactions were agonizingly slow, causing the entire process to drag on.

Customer: I'm calling about order #[OrderNumber]. My son's glasses have the wrong pupil distance, and he can't see properly with them. Why wasn't I prompted for the PD number during the order process online?
