What followed was an agonizing two days of trying to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix this issue, but I had no luck; the “bot” just continued to send the return label to an email I never received. When I finally managed to speak to someone, they shockingly sent the WRONG INFORMATION FOR THE RETURN. This level of ineptitude left me furious and determined to get this resolved, leading me to engage with their customer service and leave this review.

Customer: I am absolutely fed up! I spent $372 on scratched glasses, and I've been trying for two days to get a return label that actually works! Your bot just keeps sending it to an email I don't receive, and when I finally talk to someone, they send me the wrong information!
