When I finally managed to connect with someone, they only compounded the problem by sending the WRONG INFORMATION FOR THE RETURN. This whole process has been so difficult, and now that I finally reached someone, I’m worried about getting the wrong information again for the return. I will personally ensure a new, accurate return label is sent to your email now and confirm its delivery. Customer: I just need this resolved properly this time.
