I paid for "next day delivery," which their site said my order was "eligible for," but it clearly wasn't! My package took days to arrive, not next day at all. This made me feel compelled to reach out to their customer service, only to find it equally frustrating with automated bots and endless phone systems.

Customer: I paid for next-day delivery on my order, but it didn't arrive the next day! Why was I charged $19.95 when the service wasn't provided? CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the delivery delay. I'm sorry to hear your experience didn't meet your expectations for next-day service. Customer: Didn't meet my expectations? Your site explicitly stated "eligible for next day delivery." And trying to even speak to a human about this was impossible with your automated phone lines and chat bots. This is a complete rip-off! CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for both the delivery issue and the difficulty you faced reaching our team. That's certainly not the experience we want for our customers. I'm processing a full refund for that $19.95 next-day delivery fee right now. Customer: Thank you for the refund, but the whole process has been incredibly frustrating.
