This company will gladly take your money, but when it's time for them to fix an issue, it seems impossible. I've felt completely scammed, with no way to get help. The business is pretty much fully automated, and when you finally get in touch with someone—often someone in India—they are extremely rude and will just end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They simply couldn't care less. I felt compelled to leave this review because there was no one else to talk to, no way to file a complaint, and I needed to express this frustration directly to their customer service, hoping for a resolution.

Customer: "I'm calling about an issue with my recent order, and honestly, I'm incredibly frustrated. I've tried to get help multiple times, but every interaction feels impossible. It's like you've gladly taken my money, but when it's time to fix anything, I get no help at all." CS Rep: "I'm very sorry to hear that you've had such a difficult experience, particularly with our service. My name is Alex, and I'm here to assist you. Could you please tell me more about the specific issue you're facing with your glasses so I can try to resolve it for you?" Customer: "It's not just the glasses, it's the terrible customer service. I've been met with rudeness, and calls have just been ended. It feels like your company doesn't care, and there's no one to talk to or file a complaint with.
